An art piece is created, on my journey through life, I experience the wealth of learning and growing towards happiness, prosperity, balance, harmony and love. This piece has its purpose and meaning of how we are connected and that life, mother earth, ocean, forest, mountains, lakes, air, water, humans, animals, all living elements are connected and synchronised. In my process of creating art, the nature tells it´s story and that I am gifted to show through my creative approach with intuition and senses I follow the message of nature and its elements. The birds are the beginning of my journey as an artist. That now I fully understand that I am connected with nature, not only me but we all are. Ocean and land represents life and in its circle of life it shows the true purpose of love, balance, harmony, happiness for our self, for others, for all living, for Mother Earth and the planet we live on.
In this art piece, Land and Ocean, mother earth is telling us that we are alive. All lives, a stone, soil, a leave, a branch, water, a tree, a bird, us. I show the meaning of how we all are connected with light and energy in this world.

As I am hiking through the woods of Sweden, I’m talking to myself, healing myself, teaching my mind to be beautiful, to let my inner self guide me in my journey of life. I feel, I sense when a piece of wood is saying, here I am, let me shine with you, I have a secret and I will be a part of your journey. I was looking for a stone to use for a base, where I was located, at the edge of the forest, where the fields of wilderness grass grow, lots of decaying wood was laying there. I couldn’t carry all, so I went home with my stone, I brought my son to help, and suddenly he went down a ditch and picked up an arch bow shaped wood, I felt- wow. For hours, days and months I was thinking creatively about how to approach this piece, as I’m cleaning the wood, I’m dreaming of making a beautiful lamp with copper and metal in a circle shape. But in my process, traveling to south of France and back with my art, I see lots of whales in my dreams, as I am attracted to the sea, in documentary films I see a beautiful program of whales. As I’m working, feeling the shape, turning it in different angles, sanding and grinding all small holes and crack’s away I see the whale, I see the mouth, one fin. I see the tail of another fish, a salmon, a dolphin. In my journey I’m guided by the universe, they say go to the beach and look for feathers. On the beach there was a large Seagull feather, pointing in one direction, as I was looking, some black and white stones were saying something, like me, me, me so I took these 4-5 stones home and put them in a drawer and forgot all about them. The whale was coming together, and the one fin was a perfect match as it was meant to be. I remember my stones, I took them out of the drawer, playing with them I saw together they had the shape of the fin, the white part like in real life on a whale it matched perfectly together all in one. The stones, the whale everything. I’m grateful for my gift, having nature guiding me to create something unique. The whale is painted with my hands, fingers, and threading line. The stone base weighs 80 kg with a white and blue colour that represents water, ocean, sky, and clouds. This piece can be enjoyed from different angles, it comes alive when playing with UV light as well it wants to be active with the viewer.

This piece is created with one decaying, rotten tree that had fallen, it told me (I’m still beautiful!), and I fell in love with the bark. Whilst working with removing all the soft decaying matter, a red beetle with black spots came and sat on top of the wood where I was working, and a beautiful feeling came over me. I knew, no more, keep the top. Be careful, be aware, learning, this is the beauty of my story (the top of the bunny, the bark and wood grew tall for centuries and decayed for years until it was gifted to me, to bring the soul of the tree to life. I put my love, my heart, into making this soul of tree shine its light ones again. By communicating, sensing, I combined the living wood, the bark, marbled stone, and colors to represent water, rider, forest, lakes, flowers of nature. For me it represents Easter, love for families, love for life and praise for all that we resurrect.

Everything comes together in the most beautiful way. To walk in nature and fall in love with shapes of wood. To see something that has a storyline within. A sense of feeling that you belong together in life. These two wood sticks were found not far from one another, laying on a bed of leaves. In my process of sanding these two pieces, I fell in love with patterns in the wood. One day I wanted go to another forest, a beautiful place called Mølle in South of Sweden, not far from Helsingborg and Båstad. I asked my ex-wife if she wanted to join me, she is not a fan of nature, but that day she said take that stone, you can use this, for one of your art pieces, I did not hesitate. I felt it, I was excited. I knew then that the stone belongs together with the 2 wood sticks that wants to be lifted as we do when a child is born. I saw a baby and a mom, birds, a stork as we say the stork brings the baby, from another angle you see a baby rabbit, as all kids want a rabbit, or represents making babies, I painted these birds with ink, that could not dry for days. Frustrated, but a beautiful process, trusting my journey, learning. Something said fire, burn it gently, I did, and the ink dried and the colour, the ink, moved in shapes and changed in the most beautiful way. I mounted the birds on top of the stone, painting the stone to mimic a natures forest bed with colours and created a grass bed in glass. Forever bird’s mom and baby will stand together.

In my childhood we protected the birds from flying into our windows, by placing a sticker on the window in the shape of a blackbird in different colours. I remember from my kindergarten that we always had those stickers and still do. This piece I found at a friend’s house, he was sick, and I was taking care of him, he had a tree that he had cut down, I saw a beautiful piece, that had a funny shape. The crater hole inside was talking to me, I decided to use it for an outside project, and this was in the beginning of my journey. As time went by, years, I changed inside, I developed, as I one day felt that this piece has something. I followed the cracks and holes for weeks and weeks grinding and, in the process, I’m seeing shapes that are more than I could imagine. I started to see a bird flying inside, it’s true, I fully now understand that I relate to nature and the elements of earth. I wanted to highlight the flying blackbird, I started for the first-time melting glass, creating strings that shine in different colours in the sunlight. From my childhood with stickers on the windows, protecting the bird. From different angles you see a horse’s head, a cat sitting, a butterfly. The paint is ink applied as I would do in kindergarten, burning it to create a unique colour and texture, using tread line throwing it like a fishing line and pulling back. In between colours I clear coat to create a depth in dimension. This black bird will fly free forever.

I was born on the 5th of May so I’m a Taurus. My star sign, loving earth, the ocean, the deep blue ocean, water, waves, islands, hills, rocks, mountains, grass, the sky, clouds, the blue sky. The shape of this wood represents the statues on Easter Island, in my process the bark that I first fell in love with showed me an excitement for the nature, the beauty of earth, combined with land and ocean, feeling calm, breathing fresh air. I was broken, moving towards my dream, happiness, changing my life, going in the right direction, this piece is created in south of France by the ocean in Nice, Cote d’Azur. Where one wooden stick on the beach was washed up in front of me to use, as this stick came and fitted as a beautiful symphony to become a Taurus viewing Easter Island nature the story of me as a Taurus represents the love I have for Mother Earth the ocean, island, and all earthly elements.
When you walk through a forest that has not been tamed and interfered with by man, you will see not only abundant life all around you, but you will also encounter fallen trees and decaying trunks, rotting leaves and decomposing matter at every step. Wherever you look, you will find death as well as life. Upon closer scrutiny, however, you will discover that the decomposing tree trunk and rotting leaves not only give birth to new life, the art I create is full of life themselves. Where Microorganisms are at work. Molecules are rearranging themselves as an art form for me to enhance and show its true value isn’t to be found anywhere.
There is only the metamorphosis of life forms. I believe that life has gifted me with a connection with nature and to share its secrets, wisdom, and beauty. In stillness I show through my art that life is forever changing and eternal.
As I am guided by the universe with my spiritual energy to connect with Mother Nature, I can tune into my intuition through numbers. During my awakening and healing process I was guided to walk in nature, to find the connection and purpose in life. Art, creativity, healing minds with earthly elements. One day I walked through the forest and angels were telling me to find that special piece by following the feathers. I did, I saw feathers in the forest, all tiny white ones. I tuned in and started to sense and feel the forest bed, it was autumn with orange-coloured leaves, birds singing and as I was looking, I understood that I was working with myself by learning, growing to become my true self in the most beautiful way. At this time, I said to myself there is nothing here, I looked for some time in the area and did not see or feel, so concluded that maybe it´s the wrong place. I had doubts. In my mind I said OK maybe another day, or maybe this was not meant to be. As I was giving up, kind of feeling sad or lost, I turned around to walk away, and this one piece of wood said here I am! A large 1,5 in diameter round root piece of wood with a crater in the middle shaped as a heart. I took it home and left it to dry and my creative process started. I saw a flower, a ballet dancers’ foot, her top dress and got excited. I was thinking of yellow glass flower, but as I’m cleaning the wood, removing all the bad and dead materials, it suddenly falls apart into 8 pieces. In the beginning of my spiritual journey, I learned that there is always a reason for everything and to trust the process, go with the flow, and with the utmost feeling of positivity. So, I embraced that these parts had fallen off and worked individually with all parts. I see now it’s a mirror image of my own life broken into many parts and ways that need to be assembled in the finest and most beautiful way. As I am working, sanding, grinding I see a bird, a swan’s head, and then the wings are coming to life. Over a period of 8 months I see more birds, small and bigger pieces are naturally fitted together as wings, shapes, and birds’ movements. The beauty is that they are in motion, flying or busy doing or expressing their happiness like in real life, in Nature. I created all birds in 3 different art pieces, the peacock Faberge, ocean and land, and the swan. One piece is left where I see a fish, it´s a happy one jumping out of the water and is making a loop. Everything is synchronized with my process of creating art and working with Nature. I feel, I sense, I know this is my beginning to shine in this lifetime, in this world and share my story through nature and art using my creative ability and subconscious and conscious mind.
As this art project and in my current journey, I almost gave up all hope on having success with my passion and purpose of working with art. The birds and nature showed and taught me to not give up and to believe in myself!
I hereby present to you the swan (birds! one of many) as I’m nearly at the end of this circle of this art bird project and finalizing the details, I discover more birds in the same pieces, seen from different angles. From creating art to playing and making the viewer active in my art, 9 birds are revealed where the meaning of number 9 is of an ending and a new beginning. As an artist my journey now begins.
